Do you have a shop?
No. We’re an online creative studio, so everything is made, packed and shipped from our Queensland workspace.
Do you create custom products?
Some products and services can be personalised. If you’re unsure, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

Our handcrafted products are carefully inspected before leaving our Queensland studio.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.
Please choose carefully, as many of our handcrafted products are made to order specifically for you.
If you have any questions before placing your order, we'd much rather help you choose the right product than have you disappointed later.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.
If shipping insurance was selected when your order was placed, we'll happily assist you with the claims process.

Gift Cards are available in a range of values and are delivered electronically by email after purchase.
Please ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Gift Cards can be redeemed during checkout by entering the unique Gift Card code.
If the order total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method.
If your purchase is less than the value of your Gift Card, any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases until the full value has been used.
Gift Cards are valid for the period required under Australian Consumer Law.
The expiry date (if applicable) will be shown on the Gift Card.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
Lost, stolen or deleted Gift Cards may not be able to be replaced, so please keep your Gift Card code somewhere safe.
