Digital Products: Delivered via email with shareable Canva template links. Templates are usually accessible instantly after checkout.
Template Setup Service: Templates returned in 3–5 business days once info is received.
Physical Products: Shipped via Australia Post from QLD. Delivery 3–7 days (rural areas longer). Flat rate shipping shown at checkout. Australia only.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights
Digital Products: No refunds for change of mind. Broken or faulty links? Contact us — we’ll fix it fast.
Template Setup Service: Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund. After work begins, refunds assessed case-by-case.
Physical Goods: Faulty/damaged? Contact within 14 days with photos. Replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You’ll get an email immediately after purchase with access links. Click to open in Canva (free or Pro). Easy, instant, and ready to go.
❓ Do I need Canva Pro?
Nope! Everything works with the free version of Canva. The Pro elements we used are included in the templates — you just can’t swap them for other Pro elements.
🛠 Can you set up the templates for me?
Yes! Add the Template Setup Service at checkout, and we’ll do the edits — logo, contact info, services — done and dusted in 3–5 business days.
✏️ Can I edit the templates later?
Absolutely! Once they’re in your Canva account, they’re yours to tweak forever.
💰 Do I get a refund if I don’t like the design?
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. But if a file is broken or not as described, we’ll fix it fast — all under ACL rules.
